No! (cue sigh of relief). That's right, even though we're going to be completely shifting your relationship with food and sugar during this program, we will NOT be restricting any foods at this time. Instead you will learn to relate to food in a new and healthy way so you can be back in control of your cravings and health from the inside out for good!
In an effort to accommodate various time zones and members from countries all over the world, the calls will be on a rotating basis each week with a variety of times and days. I've carefully curated this schedule to accommodate BOTH Pacific and Eastern time as well a our sisters over seas. If you miss a live call you'll get access to the recording and be held accountable to watch the replay and engage in our group so we can support you that week :)Â
This will ultimately depend on how much you wish to get out of the program. Each week you will be given video lessons and workbooks for you to take action on the journey. These should take no more than 2 hours/week. There will also be one 2 hour group coaching call each week. Outside of that will be up to you how often and much time you choose to spend doing your action items for the week and practicing what you're learning :)Â
